1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LedgerWise Consulting website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LedgerWise Consulting and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our website.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Training Services

4.1 Registration and Payment

Registration for our training programs is considered complete only upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or other factors beyond our control.

4.2 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the program start date: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the program start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the program start date: No refund.

LedgerWise Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

4.3 Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes. Certificates of completion will only be issued to participants who attend at least 80% of the program.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LedgerWise Consulting, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website or services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website;
• Any content obtained from the website; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the website and services is at your sole risk. The website and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The website and services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
